4. Feed material uniform to prevent unload. Prevent metal and wood objects that can not be broken into machine. Dry crushing, water can not be too high. Wet crushing, maintain an appropriate amount of water to prevent blockage due to lack of flushing to reduce production capacity.
5. Check whether the broken product size meet requirements. If unqualified particles is too much, find out the reasons (such as screen section gap is too large, nesting mouth too wide, hammer wear, etc.), and to take appropriate measures to eliminate.
6. When stop the machine, check whether the bolts tightened firmly, easy to wear and degree of attrition of wear parts.
7. Worn parts should be replaced or repaired.
8. insurance unit maintain in good condition, can not save trouble, to make it not work.
