Installation of Paving Stones
1. Choose your paving stone design.
2. Excavate the area where stones are to be placed.
3. Install a base material and compact the granular surface by using plate compactor. Appropriate base material, thickness and compaction are essential to ensure that installation will last a lifetime.
4. Place an inch sand bed using sharp edged sand and set the pavers on the sand bed in the desired pattern. The sand should be sharp course river washed sand or sharp sand with multi-sized grains.
5. Restrain the pavers around the perimeter using PVC, aluminum, concrete or pressure-treated wood.
6. A setting bed of concrete sand or granite stone dust can now be spread on top of the compacted base.
7. Sweep the remaining excess dry sand over the surface filling the joints. This locks the pavers together.
8. After the pavers have dried seal the stone.

If the paving stone need to be grinded, the grinding machine must be used. The common grinding machine includes: MTW Trapezium Mill, LM Vertical Mill, MTM Trapezium Mill, High Pressure Suspension Mill, MSB Coarse Powder Mill, SCM Series Super Thin Mill, Raymond Mill, Ball Mill. With some of the grinding mill you can grind the stone well.
